The feminine menstruation is an enigma that has generated countless antagonistic superstitions, beliefs and practices in various cultures and areas of the world. Despite its rudimentary and pervasive nature, the phenomenon of the female menstruation remains utterly mysterious and complex.

The negative emotional and physical effects of menstruation are evident, month-to-month but also down the line. In time, subsequent deficiencies and premature aging appear as a result of the frequent menstruation cycle. The overuse of the heart for oxygen flow to the brain causes blood stream disorders, these clog the arteries and impair sight and hearing, memory is also affected and hair and complexion lose pigmentation. As we open our minds and investigate into the mystery of menstruation, it becomes more obvious that the routine bleeding is in fact a body dysfunction and against all popular beliefs, it is the manifestation of a metabolism disruption.

When a woman discovers that the prevalent menstruation virtually represents a disorder of the inner balance and a sui generis process of degeneration of her superior condition, she actually faces a remarkable option - the complete suspension of the menstruation. Later on, she might assume a quality leap and choose to transform, and as she obtains relevant results, she will undoubtably elevate her approach towards her own inner universe. Before long, she will reshape her outlook on her own erotic energy and creative capacity and by virtue of her own erotic experiences will blissfully expand through love from finite to infinite.

With this book, you have in your hands a piece of evidence - extraordinary per se, about a woman who managed to completely suspend her menstruation. In close connection to our standpoint, this can be a little thing or a great thing. Read this book scrupulously and allow this exceptional personal account to entirely change your vision upon menstruation and its profound significance. Yoga teacher Gregorian Bivolaru
